It’s 2:30am. Blurry eyed, I have just watched my husband load his gear into our friend’s car. They pull away into the night. Off to the airport, soon to catch a flight to Honduras.
This verse comes to mind.
His divine power has given us everything needed for life and godliness. Everything. Everything. What is not included in everything?
Everything I need at home while he is gone for the week.
Everything he needs while entering into Honduran culture.
This weekend may we rest in the knowledge that his power has truly given us everything needed for a with-God life.
